Guardiola announces the departure of Oleksandr Zinchenko, the second player to Arsenal

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has confirmed the departure of Ukrainian left-back Alexander Zinchenko to Arsenal this summer. Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has praised the effort Oleksandr Zinchenko has always shown for his team as the Ukraine international closes in on a move to Arsenal.
Speaking at a press conference in the US, Guardiola thanked Zinchenko as the defender prepares to leave City after six years. “I’ll say on behalf of the club our gratitude on and off the pitch,” the Citizens boss said.
“It was nice yesterday with Oleks because we could say bye properly. Unfortunately, Gabi [Gabriel Jesus] and Raheem [Sterling] could not do it. But with him, we could and he moves on to Arsenal.”
Zinchenko is the second City player to join Arsenal this summer, after Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus, for 45 million pounds.
