Tottenham announces sixth summer signing 

Tottenham has officially announced completed their sixth signing of the summer as Djed Spence joins Spurs on a five-year contract, during the current summer transfer window. The young right-back has signed a contract that will run until 2027,” wrote Spurs. Tottenham sign Middlesbrough defender on five-year contract. Djed, 21, started his youth career at Fulham before joining Middlesbrough, joining the Under-23s' Boroughs, and later joining their first team, making his professional league debut against Charlton. Spence told the club's official website: "To be in the Premier League and a big club like Tottenham is a dream come true. I'm just thankful that I've got here and going to get the opportunity to play for the club," he told Spurs TV. "Everyone wants to play in the Premier League. As a kid you watch it that was a target of mine. Big club, Champions League football and obviously you have some of the best players that play here. It's a privilege to be here.”
Spence becomes Tottenham's sixth signing of the summer, joining Fraser Forster, Ivan Perisic, Clement Lenglet, Yves Bissouma, and Richarlison at the club.
