PSG announced the departure of Pochettino as head coach 

The French club Paris Saint-Germain announced on Tuesday that Mauricio Pochettino has been sacked as Paris Saint-Germain's manager. The club has announced. The decision was made by the PSG hierarchy last month, and his departure was officially communicated on Tuesday."Paris Saint-Germain confirms that Mauricio Pochettino has ended his role at the club," PSG said in a statement. "The club would like to thank Mauricio Pochettino and his staff for their work and wish them the best for the future." PSG statement was released today.
The Argentine coach took over the training of the Parisian team in January of 2021, succeeding German coach Thomas Tuchel, the current Chelsea coach, and led the team in 84 games, winning 55 games, drawing 15, and losing 14 games. Under the leadership of Pochettino, Paris Saint-Germain won the French League title for the tenth time in its history, in addition to the French Cup.
The news comes as PSG are about to confirm Christophe Galtier as their new coach.  The Ligue 1 champions have reached an agreement with former Nice boss Galtier to replace Pochettino.
