Is PSG looking to sign Cristiano Ronaldo?  The club unveils its intention!

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN will reportedly not sign Cristiano Ronaldo during the current summer transfer market, as the Portuguese and rival Lionel Messi don't want to play together in light of the player's desire to leave United. Sky Sports reported that Paris Saint-Germain rules out the idea of signing Portuguese star Ronaldo, because of his huge annual salary and because of his age, despite scoring 24 goals with Manchester United in 39 games last season. The English newspaper “The Times” indicated in a previous report that Ronaldo submitted a request to Manchester United management in order to agree to his departure this summer, in the event that an attractive offer arrived during the current Mercato.
Ronaldo has no shortage of suitors if he decides to depart Old Trafford, with PSG, Bayern Munich, and Roma expressing an interest to secure his services. The newspaper added that the Portuguese star wants to exit because of his desire to appear in the Champions League, as he believes that Ronaldo has 3 or 4 years left at the highest levels of football and wants to spend these years in a club that feels able to add something to the team and to his individual achievements. Earlier, press reports indicated earlier that Jorge Mendes, the agent of the Portuguese star, offered him to more than one club, such as Bayern Munich, Rome, Italy, and Chelsea.
