Ronaldo likely to return to Real Madrid 

Spanish press reports revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly set to make a sensational return to his former club Real Madrid during the current summer transfer period,  amid growing uncertainty about his future at his current club Manchester United and expressed his desire to leave Old Trafford. The Catalan newspaper, Mundo Deportivo, said that Real Madrid is one of the logical and appropriate options for the Portuguese star Ronaldo to return again this summer. The newspaper added that after the news of Ronaldo's intention to leave Manchester United, Real Madrid is the choice for the player who has developed and made his history in this club.
The newspaper added that Real Madrid will be a suitable destination for the Portuguese and will be an important element to help Benzema and Vinicius in the offensive line. The British newspaper, “The Times”, reported that Cristiano Ronaldo asked Manchester United officials to allow him to leave Old Trafford during the current summer transfer period.
