Richarlison completes Tottenham Hotspur medical test
UK press reports revealed, on Thursday that Everton striker Richarlison has reportedly completed his Tottenham Hotspur medical ahead of a £60m deal move to North London during the current summer transfer window. The 25-year-old is understood to be closing in on a move to Antonio Conte's side, who has now reached an agreement in principle over a fee for his services. Richarlison is also believed to have agreed on personal terms with the Lilywhites, which would bring an end to his spell at Goodison Park four years after arriving from Watford.
According to reports, Richarlison has already undergone his medical tests with Tottenham and is now poised to sign a five-year contract in the English capital. The British newspaper, “Daily Mail” reported that Tottenham becomes very close to Richarlison’s deal in the next few hours, as the player will sign a 5-year contract to run until 2027 with the London Tottenham club. The newspaper indicated that the value of the Brazilian striker's deal amounts to £60 million, including the additions has been agreed on. Richarlison wants to join Tottenham, where negotiations are already progressing well on a personal level.
However, the two clubs are yet to sort out the final terms of the payment structure, but Everton is under pressure to make a big-money sale within the next 24 hours. Should Richarlison complete a £50m transfer to Tottenham, he would become Conte's fourth signing of the summer window after Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster, and Yves Bissouma.
