Bayern increases pressure on Barcelona to allow Lewandowski‘s departure

Press reports revealed that Bayern Munich, Germany has requested a further increase in financial compensation in order to agree to the departure of its Polish star Robert Lewandowski, during the current summer Mercato, in light of Barcelona's interest in obtaining his services. According to the Sky Sports network, Bayern Munich has set a £60m price tag on Robert Lewandowski as the Polish star continues to push for an exit from the Allianz Arena during the current summer Mercato.
The Bavarian giant had previously requested 50 million euros for the departure of its Polish star, before deciding to increase the financial compensation. Bayern Munich received Barcelona's second offer bid to join Lewandowski for 40 million euros, but the Bavarian giant's management has not given its response to this offer so far.
Lewandowski's contract with Bayern expires at the end of next season, but the player wants to embark on a new adventure this summer.
