Sadio Mane undergoes medical checks to sign for Bayern Munich

Senegalese and Liverpool forward Sadio Mane reportedly arrived in Germany on Tuesday in order to undergo medical checks and sign for Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich during the current summer Mercato.
Bayern Munich had succeeded in resolving the Liverpool forward Sadio Mane deal, after reaching a final agreement with the Reds to sign the 30-year-old player, in a deal worth 42.5 million euros.
The Senegalese forward is undergoing routine medical examinations on Tuesday and is expected to sign a three-year contract and hold his first Bayern press conference Wednesday.
Sadio Mane would become the club’s third most expensive signing after Ryan Gravenberg and Moroccan Nassir Mazraoui from Ajax Amsterdam.
