Liverpool  emerges as potential suitors for Asensio, and Milan considers him an ideal opportunity

 
Liverpool reportedly joined rivals in the transfer chase and may turn their attention to Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio, as one of the possible alternatives to replace Senegalese Sadio Mane, who is one step away from joining Bayern Munich.
The Spanish newspaper “AS” revealed that the Reds are considering the signing of Asensio as a potential replacement for Senegalese Mane, but his position to appear in the main squad is difficult in light of the presence of many stars in Liverpool.
The newspaper added that AC Milan also wants to sign Real Madrid's Marco Asensio, considering him an ideal opportunity, but the club is pessimistic due to the economic situation and the player's will.
AS Sport explained that it is impossible for Milan to assure him a salary of 6 million net as the interested clubs in the Premier can do, adding that they can pay him about 4.5 million in addition to some variables.
