Lacazette re-signs a 3-year deal with Lyon on a free transfer

The French Ligue 1 Olympique Lyonnais announced on Thursday that Alexandre Lacazette has returned to Lyon on a free transfer during the current summer Mercator. The 31-year-old, who came through the Lyon academy, has signed a three-year deal after running down his contract at Arsenal. Lyon issued an official statement announcing the contract with Lacazette from Arsenal in the summer Mercato for a period of 3 seasons to continue until June 30, 2025.
Lacazette transferred in July 2017 to Arsenal for the record sum of €53 million, as he made his appearance in 275 games in all competitions with the French team, during which he scored 129 goals and made 33 other goals.
