Neymar leads Brazil past Japan in a friendly match

 
The Brazilian national team defeated its Japanese host 1-0 in the meeting that brought them together today, Monday, at the "Tokyo National Stadium", as part of the two teams' preparations for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar at the end of this year .Brazil defeated its Japanese host 1-0 in a friendly game on Monday at Tokyo National Stadium, thanks to a penalty by Neymar in the 77th minute after he was tripped in the box on a rainy night at Tokyo's new National Stadium  .the match came as part of the two teams' preparations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 at the end of this year  .Neymar, the French star of PSG scored the only goal of Brazil's victory in the match in the 77th minute via a penalty kick, while the Seleção stars missed a large number of easy opportunities in front of the Japanese .Brazil had most of the possession and had several chances to score more goals, with Neymar missing a couple of opportunities from open play. The Brazilian team had won a broad victory over its South Korean counterpart 5-1 last Thursday, in which Neymar scored two penalties last week in a victory over South Korea as Brazil tested itself on an Asian tour against two teams who qualified for the World Cup.
Brazil will be eyeing its sixth World Cup title in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar and is grouped with Serbia, Switzerland, and Cameroon.
