Benzema’s fiery responses to Mbappe’s decision to snub Real Madrid for PSG stay 

 
Real Madrid star Karim Benzema reacts to his French teammate Kylian Mbappe who has played down France team-mate Karim Benzema's dig following his decision to snub Real Madrid to stay at PSG. Mbappe ultimately decided to sign a contract extension with Paris Saint-Germain when he was expected to sign for Madrid as a free agent. The 23-year-old announced he had signed a new three-year deal with the French side before their 5-0 win over Metz on Saturday after many expected him to make the move to Madrid this summer transfer market.
"I will tell you that we’re about to play a Champions League Final on Saturday and it’s not the time to talk about those tiny little things,”  Benzema said in a press interview Tuesday, on the sidelines of the Champions League final. You’d rather not talk, right? You’d rather not get angry?” continued Guasch. “No, no no, I’m not angry. I’m just saying that I am focused on the Final and that it’s more important to think about this than listening other things,” he added.
Real Madrid will go head-to-head against Liverpool in the Champions League final, which will be played on Saturday, 28 May at the Stade de France de Saint-Denis (Paris).
