FIFA officials appointed referees for World Cup Qatar 2022™ features three female

The FIFA Referees Committee announced the lists with the names of the selected match officials for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.
36 referees, 69 assistant referees, and 24 video match officials (VMOs) have been chosen in close cooperation with the six confederations, based on their quality and the performances delivered at FIFA tournaments as well as at other international and domestic competitions in recent years.
Qatar FIFA World Cup to feature three female referees with Premier League's Michael Oliver and Anthony Taylor also selected to officiate. The 2022 World Cup will include female referees for the first time at a major men's international tournament, with Michael Oliver and Anthony Taylor also selected to officiate.
The list included 3 Referees of Arab Countries: the Qatari Abdul Rahman Al-Jassem, Muhammad Abdullah from the Emirates, and the Algerian Mustafa Ghorbal, in addition to 5 assistants, Mahmoud Abu Al-Regal from Egypt, Muhammad Al-Hammadi and Hassan Al-Mahri from the Emirates, and both Saud Ahmed and Talib Al-Marri from Qatar.
