Seville city is ready for Europa League final

Thousands of Rangers and Eintracht Frankfurt fans have confirmed their presence in southern Spain's largest city, Seville, ahead of Wednesday's Europa League final. The mayor of Seville says the city is "completely ready" to welcome the tens of thousands of football fans expected to travel to the Europa League final. Antonio Muñoz said it was an honour to host the match between Rangers and Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday.
Local authorities expect about 100,000 spectators to arrive in the city, most of them arriving without tickets for the big game. The two finalists were allotted only 10,000 tickets for the showpiece match at the 42,000-capacity Pejjuan Stadium.
The 42,700-capacity Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan is expected to be at full capacity, and two fan zones have been set up for those without tickets. More than 5,500 police on hand to ensure the event passes safely and will patrol the streets, while a fan zone at Plaza de Espana will be able to accommodate only 4,000 people.
To avoid confrontations, the fans of the two teams will be located in two separate areas with an interval of 5.5 kilometers between them.
