The Saudi Princess, Haifa bint Muhammad Al Saud, accompanied the Argentine football star, Lionel Messi and a number of his friends, on a tour inside the “Historic Jeddah”.
Princess Haifa, who holds the position of Assistant Minister of Tourism, accompanied the Argentine star who became an ambassador for Saudi tourism, toured the historical section of the ancient city of Jeddah overlooking the Red Sea.
Princess Haifa explained that the history, art, and splendor of the historic Jeddah left a special impression on the guests.
The princess published pictures from the tour on her official account on “Twitter”, and wrote: “I hosted Messi and his friends on a tour of historic Jeddah. The history, art, and splendor of details left a special impression on our guests. Jeddah and its people take the hearts of its visitors from the first sight.”
At the invitation of the Tourism Authority, it noted that it has taken this step to develop the field of tourism, as the ministry continues to work to enhance its recent gains and to reach the desired goals, including providing more investment opportunities, creating many jobs, in addition to attracting tourists, and enriching the experience of the visitor to Saudi Arabia.
Messi had landed in Jeddah, after becoming an ambassador for Saudi tourism, to spend his vacation.
