Real Madrid stand on the cusp of another Liga title, Barça fall for the second time against Rayo Vallecano 

FC Barcelona fell under its own control again to third successive Camp Nou defeats (after Eintracht and Cadiz) on Sunday in the 21st round of La Liga League. Rayo got the winner on seven minutes when Alvaro Garcia made a diagonal run from the left wing to centre forward position. Isi Palazon picked him out and for all that Sergino Dest had followed the forward he had time to control and shoot past Marc Andre ter Stegen.Barcelona is second in the Spanish league standings with 63 points, 15 points behind Real Madrid, the leader, while Rayo Vallecano comes in 11th place with 40 points. Barcelona failed to convert a number of golden chances despite going agonizingly close to an equalizer. Barca is 15 points behind leaders Real Madrid, as one point is enough to regain officially secure their La Liga title for the Royal club.
