Pep Guardiola on the verge of history record in EUFA League this season

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola set a new record in the Champions League having the opportunity to finish the season with an equally historic treble, after Man City qualified for the semi-finals at the expense of the Spanish club Atletico Madrid.
A high-octane goalless second-leg quarter-final encounter between Atletico Madrid and Manchester City ended in an ugly fashion at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium. The match, which ended at 0-0, came to life in the most unwanted manners with a massive brawl breaking out on the field as well as inside the tunnel after the final whistle was blown by the referee. Manchester City eventually made it through to the semi-finals stage with a 1-0 aggregate owing to their win at the Etihad Stadium in the first leg.
Guardiola became the most prominent coach to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League 9 times in history, surpassing Italian duo Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti , and  Roma coach Jose Mourinho. The Spanish “Philosopher” has reached the Champions League semi-finals 4 times with Barcelona, 3 with Bayern Munich and twice with Manchester City.
Manchester City will face Manchester City in the Champions League semi-finals, and the first leg will be held in England on April 26, with the second leg in Spain on May 4.
