Real Madrid in the driver's seat of the Champions League Quarterfinals, report Chelsea in their victims list 

Real Madrid beat Chelsea in extra-time in Champions League quarterfinal, succeeded in eliminating the title holder of the last edition of the European Champions League.
Chelsea's reign as European kings is over - the holders have been knocked out of the Champions League by Real Madrid in one of the all-time.
Real Madrid book their place for the semi-final of di Champions League after they fight back to win Chelsea 5-4 on aggregate despite they lost the clash 3-2 after extra-time.
Real Madrid had won the first leg against Chelsea 3-1, before losing the second leg 3-2, to wait for the qualifiers from Atletico Madrid and Manchester City in the semi-finals.
The Blues became the 9th holder of the Champions League, as Real Madrid succeeded in eliminating during their journey throughout the history of the EUFA tournament. With 13 European Cup and Champions League trophies, Real Madrid stands out as the frontrunners, six more than second-placed AC Milan.
Milan, the defending champions, was eliminated by Real Madrid in the quarter-finals in 1964 European Cup.
Real Madrid also eliminated Inter Milan in 1966, Porto in 1987, PSV Eindhoven in 1989, Dortmund in 1998, Manchester United in 2000, and Bayern Munich in 2002 and 2014.
