Tuchel's Verdict on chances whether Chelsea Can Seal Real Madrid Comeback in the second leg

German coach Thomas Tuchel showing confident mood when asked if Chelsea could complete the comeback against Real Madrid in second leg of the Champions League, after he watched his side lose 3-1 to Real at Stamford Bridge in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.
Manager Tuchel said in a press statement: ‘We were so far off our level in absolutely everything. We have no chance of overtaking Real Madrid in light of the weak level that we have presented in the recent period. We have to find our level, but I do not know where and when."
"If things change, maybe, but how many clubs in worldwide football won with three goals difference? How often did this happen? So maybe we should be realistic and should not get fatalistic and think that I give the wrong message. Let’s be honest. We are competitive and need to find our competitive spirit and our quality and then we can hope."
“After the international break we don’t look the same and I don’t really have an explanation, as before we were on a long winning streak and were very competitive,” he said. “We didn’t change anything: it’s alarming. Two games, seven goals [conceded], but nothing has changed.”
“We have to find our level, but I do not know where and when." Tuchel added.
The return leg is scheduled for next Tuesday, April 12 in Madrid at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu where Real Madrid will look to book their spot in the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League.
