England strolled to a 3-0 victory against Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire) at Wembley on Tuesday thanks to goals from Ollie Watkins, Raheem Sterling and Tyrone Mings - as well as a red card. England comfortably defeated Ivory Coast 3 clean scores in a friendly international match. The Three Lions were hoping to be challenged by their guests ahead of the World Cup - just as they were in their 2-1 victory against Switzerland on Saturday - but the game was a breeze after Serge Aurier was dismissed in the 40th minute.England scored a double in the first half of the match, through Aston Villa striker Oli Watkins in the 30th minute, and Manchester City star Raheem Sterling who added the second goal in the 45th minute.
Côte d'Ivoire defender Serge Aurier was sent off after receiving the second yellow card in the 40th minute. Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings added to the Three Lions hat-trick in the third minute of the added time. England secured a 2-1 win against Switzerland in Saturday's friendly at Wembley last Saturday.
