Abramovich plans to buy new Turkish football club after lost control of Chelsea

English press reports revealed that Roman Abramovich had already started talks to buy a new football club after he lost control of the English ownership of Chelsea, as he has been slapped with sanctions by the UK government due to his alleged ties with controversial Russian military aggression against Ukraine.
The English newspaper “SunSport” reported that Roman Abramovich had already begun negotiations to buy the Turkish club, Goztepe, which is ranked 18th in the competition table this season.
The newspaper added that the former owner of Chelsea Club, who only controlled the ownership of the Blues because of his close relationship with Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, is seeking to get out of this crisis quickly by buying a new club during the coming period. Abramovich is trying to sell Chelsea club as soon as possible due to great pressure from the British government, after submitting 10 offers to acquire the ownership of the club.
