Ronaldo was seeking to leave the ranks of his former club, Manchester United, last summer, and move to any team participating in the European Champions League after the Red Devils failed to occupy a position that qualifies him to participate in the tournament. Al-Nasr Saudi announced his contract with the Portuguese star in a historic deal for Saudi football, with a contract for two and a half seasons, to continue with the team until 2025, in a free deal, after Ronaldo terminated his contract with his former club, Manchester United.
